Day 03 :

Drive from Kathmandu to Khudi/Sangya (1,100m)

Depart Kathmandu and drive to Khudi or Sangya, enjoying scenic views of the countryside along the way. Arrive at your lodge, settle in, and relax for the evening in preparation for the trek ahead.

Day 04 :

Syange/Jagat to Dharapani (1,960m) – 7–8 hours

Begin your trek from Syange or Jagat and make your way to Dharapani, following scenic trails along the Marsyangdi River. The journey passes through charming villages, terraced fields, and lush forests. Arrive in Dharapani by evening and rest at your lodge.

Day 05 :

Dharapani to Chame (2,700m) – 6–7 hours

Trek from Dharapani to Chame, enjoying stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Pass through traditional villages, pine forests, and terraced fields along the trail. Arrive in Chame by evening and relax at your lodge.

Day 06 :

Upper Pisang to Manang (3,470m) – 6–7 hours

Day 08 :

Manang to Ledar (4,230m) – 4 hours

Trek from Manang to Ledar, enjoying breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Gangapurna ranges. The trail passes through alpine meadows and high-altitude landscapes. Arrive in Ledar by afternoon and rest at your lodge, allowing your body to acclimatize for higher elevations ahead.

Day 09 :

Ledar to Chulu West Base Camp (4,900m) – 4–5 hours

Trek from Ledar to Chulu West Base Camp, crossing rugged terrain and glacial streams. Enjoy spectacular close-up views of surrounding peaks along the way. Arrive at the base camp by afternoon, set up your gear, and rest while preparing for the climb ahead.

Day 10 :

Chulu West Base Camp to Camp I (5,100m) – 4–5 hours

Trek from Chulu West Base Camp to Camp I, ascending gradually through rocky terrain and snow patches. Take time to acclimatize to the higher altitude while enjoying stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Reach Camp I by afternoon and rest in preparation for the climb to higher camps.

Day 11 :

Rest and Acclimatization at Base Camp

Spend a full day at the base camp to rest and acclimatize to the high altitude. Use this time to prepare your climbing gear, review techniques, and take short walks around the camp to adjust to the thinner air. Proper acclimatization today is crucial for a safe ascent.

Day 12 :

Camp I to Camp II (5,540m) – 4–5 hours

Ascend from Camp I to Camp II, navigating rocky slopes and snow-covered sections. Take frequent breaks to acclimatize and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Arrive at Camp II by afternoon, rest, and prepare for the summit attempt.

Day 13 :

Camp I to Camp II (5,540m) – 4–5 hours

Continue your ascent from Camp I to Camp II, focusing on gradual progress and proper acclimatization. Navigate rocky and icy terrain while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding Annapurna peaks. Reach Camp II by afternoon, rest, and check your climbing gear for the summit push.

Day 14 :

Camp I to Ledar – 5–6 hours

Descend from Camp I back to Ledar, retracing the trail through alpine meadows and high-altitude landscapes. Take time to enjoy the surrounding mountain views and glacial streams along the way. Arrive in Ledar by afternoon and rest at your lodge after the climb.

Day 15 :

Chulu West Base Camp to Thorong Phedi (4,500m) or High Camp – 5–6 hours

Descend from Chulu West Base Camp to Thorong Phedi or the designated high camp. The trail passes through rocky terrain and glacial sections, offering panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Arrive by afternoon, rest, and prepare for the continuation of your trek.

Day 16 :

Thorong Phedi/High Camp to Muktinath via Thorong La Pass – 8–9 hours

Begin early from Thorong Phedi or the high camp and ascend to Thorong La Pass (5,416m), the highest point of your trek. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys from the summit. After the pass, descend to Muktinath (3,802m), a sacred pilgrimage site. The trek involves a full day of challenging ascent and descent, so pace yourself and take breaks as needed. Arrive in Muktinath by late afternoon and rest at your lodge.

Day 17 :

Muktinath Temple Excursion and Trek to Kagbeni (2,800m) – 3–4 hours

In the morning, visit the sacred Muktinath Temple and explore its surroundings. After the excursion, trek downhill to the traditional village of Kagbeni (2,800m), passing through scenic landscapes and the Kali Gandaki Valley. Arrive in Kagbeni by afternoon and rest at your lodge.

Day 18 :

Kagbeni to Jomsom (2,720m) – 2–3 hours

Trek from Kagbeni to Jomsom, a short and scenic journey along the Kali Gandaki River. Enjoy views of the surrounding cliffs and villages as you descend gradually. Arrive in Jomsom by late morning or early afternoon and relax at your lodge, preparing for your flight to Pokhara the next day.

Day 19 :

Jomsom to Pokhara – Flight and Excursion

Take a morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara. Upon arrival, explore the Pokhara Valley at your own pace, enjoying its lakes, local markets, and scenic surroundings. Spend the evening relaxing at your hotel and overnight in Pokhara.

Day 20 :

Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu – 6–7 hours

Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, enjoying scenic views of rivers, valleys, and hills along the way. Arrive in Kathmandu by afternoon, check in to your hotel, and relax after the journey. Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 21 :

Final International Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu for your onward international flight. Bid farewell to Nepal, taking with you unforgettable memories of the Chulu West expedition and the Annapurna region.
