Terms & Conditions | Brotherhood Adventure Nepal

Welcome to Brotherhood Adventure Pvt. Ltd. — your trusted partner for trekking, peak climbing, and expedition adventures in Nepal.

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By confirming your trip, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Booking & Payment Policy
  • To confirm your trekking or climbing trip, a 25% advance deposit of the total trip cost is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Nepal, before your trip departure.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash in USD, NPR, or other accepted currencies.
  • Once payment is received, we will send a booking confirmation and itinerary details.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing (email or letter).

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 30+ days before departure – 15% cancellation fee
  • 15–29 days before departure – 25% cancellation fee
  • Less than 14 days before departure – 50% cancellation fee
  • No refund for cancellations after departure or no-shows
  • Refunds exclude bank and service fees.
  1. Trip Alterations & Postponements

Brotherhood Adventure reserves the right to change or cancel itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Flight delays or road blockages
  • Natural disasters or political unrest
  • Safety or health concerns

If we cancel a trip, clients can choose a full refund or reschedule for a later date.

  1. Risk & Liability

All trekking, climbing, and expedition activities involve inherent risks, including injury, altitude sickness, or unpredictable conditions.

By joining our trips, participants accept these risks.

Brotherhood Adventure and its guides are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage beyond our control.

  1. Travel & Rescue Insurance

All travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Medical expenses
  • Emergency helicopter evacuation

Trip cancellation or delay

You must submit proof of insurance before your trip begins.

  1. Health & Fitness Requirements
  • Participants must be in good physical and mental health.
  • Please disclose any medical conditions or allergies before booking.

We may deny participation if you are deemed unfit for high-altitude trekking or climbing.

  1. Passport, Visa & Permits
  • A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and Nepal visa are required.
  • The company helps with trekking permits, TIMS cards, and climbing permits.
  • Brotherhood Adventure  is not responsible for visa denials or immigration issues.
  1. Domestic Flights & Delays

Mountain weather can cause flight delays or cancellations (especially to Lukla, Jomsom, or Simikot).

We will assist with rebooking, but extra accommodation or transport costs are your responsibility.

  1. Code of Conduct

All travelers must:

Respect local culture, traditions, and environment

Follow the guide’s instructions

Avoid any illegal activities or behavior that endangers others

We reserve the right to remove any participant violating the code of conduct.

  1. Photography & Media Use

We may use photos or videos taken during your trip for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures).

If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in writing before your trip.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is kept secure and confidential.

We use your data only for trip management and communication — never for resale or external marketing.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Any legal disputes will be handled in the Tourism Court, Kathmandu, Nepal
