Day 02 :

Kathmandu City Tour

Day 03 :

Drive to Timbu (1,580 m)

Day 04 :

Trek from Timbu to Tarke Gyang (2,600 m)

Today you’ll trek from Timbu to Tarke Gyang, ascending through lush forests and traditional villages. The trail offers stunning views and a chance to experience the local culture of the Helambu region. Overnight stay in Tarke Gyang.

Day 05 :

Trek to Ama Yangri (3,771 m)

Today’s trek leads you to the sacred Ama Yangri Peak, the highest point in the Helambu region. The trail ascends through dense forests of rhododendron and pine, opening up to breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Langtang, Shishapangma, and Dorje Lakpa. After enjoying the peaceful atmosphere at the summit, return to Tarke Gyang for the night.

Day 06 :

Trek to Sermanthang (2,621 m)

Leave Tarke Gyang and follow an easy, scenic trail toward Sermanthang. Today’s walk passes through charming villages, terraced fields, and beautiful forests. Enjoy cultural encounters with local communities and admire distant Himalayan views. Overnight stay in the peaceful village of Sermanthang.

Day 07 :

Drive to Kathmandu (1,400 m)

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu from Sermanthang, enjoying scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and relax or explore the city at your leisure.

Day 08 :

Final Departure
